General Terms & Conditions (GTC)
 

Casa Paraíso de la Luz
 

These General Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made for Casa Paraíso de la Luz and form part of the rental agreement between the guest and the property owners, Maria Wehring & Ibrahim Bolu.


By submitting a booking request or confirming a reservation, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions.


1. Booking

A booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed by Casa Paraíso de la Luz.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that all booking information is accurate.


2. Payment

All prices are quoted in Euro (€).

Payment terms will be stated in the booking confirmation.

Casa Paraíso de la Luz reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment is not received by the agreed due date.


3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of €400 may be required before arrival.

The deposit will be refunded after departure, provided no damage, excessive cleaning or policy violations have occurred.


4. Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival

  • Cancellations made within 14 days before arrival may be charged according to the booking agreement.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.


5. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Check-out: By 10:30 AM

Alternative arrival times may be possible upon prior agreement.


6. House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, guests agree to follow the house rules:

  • No parties or events.

  • No bachelor or bachelorette parties.

  • Quiet hours from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM.

  • Smoking is prohibited inside all casas but permitted in designated outdoor areas.

  • Pets are only allowed upon prior approval.

  • Children are welcome.

  • Guests are responsible for treating the property, furniture and equipment with care.


7. Damage & Liability

Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.

Any damage should be reported immediately.

Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit.


8. Use of the Property

The holiday home may only be occupied by the number of guests confirmed in the booking.

Subletting or commercial use of the property is not permitted without prior written consent.


9. Cleaning

A one-time final cleaning fee is charged as stated during the booking process. Guests are expected to leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure.


10. Electric Vehicle Charging

Electric vehicles may only be charged using the designated EV charging station. Charging from household sockets or extension cables is not permitted.


11. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings throughout their stay.

Casa Paraíso de la Luz accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to personal property.


12. Force Majeure

Casa Paraíso de la Luz shall not be liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, extreme weather or other force majeure events.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casa Paraíso de la Luz shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the accommodation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.


14. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that all information on this website is accurate.

However, we reserve the right to correct errors, update information or make changes without prior notice.


15. Intellectual Property

All text, photographs, logos and other content on this website are the property of Casa Paraíso de la Luz unless otherwise stated.

Any reproduction or commercial use requires prior written permission.


16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.



Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Spain.
